    There will be a wide variety of gourmet fare and drinks available on site. Selections will be available closer to the date. This is not included in your ticket purchase.

  • Please do not bring any outside food or drink on the premise.

  • Please bring a valid photo ID. This event is 19+ – without a valid ID you will not be allowed in to the event

  • Weather

    Although we only predict sunny skies for the day of the event, we cannot predict the weather. Please check the weather for the day before you leave for the festival as this is a rain or shine event.

  • Re-entry

    Guests will be given wristbands allowing re-entry. Please ensure you do not remove your wristband as you will not be allowed back on the premises.

  • Dress code

    Show up in your best pink and white attire! Dress code is mandatory.

  • Payment

    This event is cashless. You will be able to make payments using a credit card, debit card or American Express.

What To Bring?

  • Valid Photo ID – This is a 19+ event
  • Dress to impress! Pink and white attire is mandatory.
  • A Copy of your Ticket – A digital copy of your ticket is allowable
  • This is a cashless event – ONLY Credit Card, Debit Card will be accepted
  • Sunglasses, Sunblock and a hat as well as Rain Jacket (if required, please check the weather for the day before you leave for the festival)
  • Mobile phone – take pictures & selfies with your friends! Tag your photos with #RosePicnicTO
  • Please enjoy responsibly, don’t drink and drive. Ensure that you have arranged for transportation to and from the event prior to arriving at the venue
  • Please do not bring outside food, drink or seating to the event

How do i obtain my wristband?

  • You will receive your wristband at the entrance in exchange for a valid ticket. Re-entry will only be allowed with a wristband.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

  • Yes, you can purchase at the door at the registration area - while supplies last. We recommend you purchase your ticket ahead of time to beat the rush and line up for onsite purchase.

How will I know where to go to access the VIP?

  • There will be a designated VIP registration sign in that will allow you to check in and then you will be escorted to your VIP table. Please ensure you have confirmation of your VIP ticket or please attend with the group contact you registered with.

Can I bring a lawn chair?

  • Guests are not permitted to bring any seating into the event. The first 1500 will receive a complimentary picnic blanket. You may bring your own blanket if you choose to do so.

Is there parking at the event?

  • There is no designated parking for the event. You may park in the parking area at Ontario Place and Lakeshore. We do not have reserved or valet parking available.

I am not a wine drinker, are there any other options available? Also, what if I am a designated driver?

  • There are options available for every taste. We have cider, beer and other cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

Will water be available onsite during the event?

  • Yes, we will definitely have water stations on site as well as water available for purchase.

Is there a lost and found?

  • If you have lost a personal item, we do not take any responsibility for lost item. Please see event management or visit the registration area to see if any item has been turned in.

Is the festival wheelchair accessible?

  • Yes, this event is wheelchair accessible equipped with accessible washrooms as well.

What happens if break or misplace my wine glass?

  • There will be an extra charge for any replacement glasses during the event.

Are children or pets allowed?

  • Although we love things that are cute and cuddly, children or pets are not allowed on the premises.

Is there security onsite? Will it be required to search my personal belongings before entry?

  • Yes, we do have security on the premise and will be conducting personal belonging searches prior to entry. We want to ensure this is a safe event for all who attend.

Will there be a designated smoking area?

  • Yes, there will be a smoking area. Please be mindful of other guests at the event as smoking is not permitted anywhere other that the designated area.

What if I need medical assistance?

  • There will be first aid stations at the event, and paramedics on site in the event of any medical emergency.
