The Rosé Picnic: Covid-19 Response

Jun 01, 2020

Dear Patrons of The Rosé Picnic,

First and foremost, we owe you, our loyal picnic patrons, an apology for the delay in communicating the fate of The Rosé Picnic. We respect that you have been patient with us and for that we cannot thank you enough.

In light of the City of Toronto’s announcement with respect to events and festivals being cancelled until August 31st this summer, the 4th edition of The Rosé Picnic originally scheduled to take place this July at Fort York will be postponed until Friday July 23rd and Saturday July 24th, 2021 at Fort York. We will be providing regular updates to all ticket holders by email with additional information regarding ticket options for 2021.

The health and well-being of the community, our picnic patrons, our partners, and our staff is greatly important to us. The facts are clear, the impact of COVID-19 puts everyone at risk this summer, both by producing or attending larger-scale consumer events, festivals, and concerts.

To our loyal and lovely lovers of rosé and everything pink, your support throughout these challenging times is deeply appreciated. Our Picnic planning for 2021 is already being worked on, artists are being confirmed, and our team is dedicated to making The Rosé Picnic 2021 the best one yet! As ticket holders, you will have multiple options to choose from as we move ahead with our planning:

We are so grateful for our fan base that we have built in just three short years. To show our appreciation for you, we will also be hosting Canada’s first ever virtual Picnic on Saturday, July 11th 2020. “The Virtual Rosé Picnic” will happen live and all ticket holders that purchased their tickets prior to May 1, 2020 will be granted free access to The Virtual Rosé Picnic (in addition to the 2021 perks listed above).

For more information and a full breakdown of our 2020 Virtual Picnic, please visit us at http://www.rosepicnic.com and check in with us on our social media channels where we will be providing regular updates as well as sharing information about our exciting 2021 The Rosé Picnic plans!

Lastly, to our fans and sponsors, we would like to say THANK YOU for your patience and understanding at this time. We remain hopeful for better days ahead.

Until then, stay healthy, stay happy, and stay PINK!
